Hugh C. Damon, MBA, CCIM: Chief Executive Officer and Principal

Hugh has been in the real estate and finance industry for 22 years. Prior to launching Island Capital Funding, Hugh was the Managing Director at one of Hawaii’s largest private money lenders. Over his career, he held various executive positions at Grubb & Ellis, Remax Commercial and worked with Marcus & Millichap, CB Richard Ellis and Chicago Title Insurance. Hugh also served on various board including Diamond Head Theatre and Hawaii Mission House. Steven Haythorne, : President and Principal

Steve has an extensive financial services background spanning over 20 years in all aspects of lending, finance and real estate. He has consulted with Shea Homes, Capital Pacific Holdings, Southern California Edison and the Resolution Trust Corporation. He is licensed Series 7, licensed mortgage broker in Hawaii and Washington and licensed real estate broker in California and Hawaii. Steve graduated from the University of Southern California.
